At this time, we are currently only offering 60 minute treatments on our online booking, however you may contact the clinic directly to book alternate appointment lengths.
*We do not offer Initial Assessments for 45 minute RMT services as we want to allow your practitioner enough time for a proper assessment and treatment.
Please note that missed appointments cannot be billed to your extended health benefits provider.
Your appointment time is reserved for your healthcare needs. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to allow for us to give someone else the opportunity to receive care in your absence. Missed appointments incur the full cost of the scheduled appointment.
Please note we do not currently offer direct billing options for ICBC or WorkSafeBC, but are happy to provide any supporting documentation or assistance you need with your claim.
